This Law contains some new noticeable contents, such as:

Extend applicable entities for compulsory social insurance;

Prohibited acts;

Reponsibilities of employers;

Leave period for childbirth;

Conditions to pension enjoyment;

Lump-sum social insurance allowance;

Levels and methods of payment by employees covered by compulsory social insurance;

Levels and methods of payment by employers;

Levels and methods of payment by employees covered by voluntary social insurance, and many other specific provisions.
